Can autonomous drones operate in poor weather?

Some autonomous drones can operate in poor weather, but it depends on which type and model they are. Some, including the DJI Drone in a Box, are specifically engineered to withstand poor weather conditions.

They have built-in weather intelligence and ingress protection (IP) rating for resistance to heat, dust and water. They are, however, complex pieces of equipment, so should not be operated in extreme weather.
